Support via TeamViewer
Some Internet Browsers don't allow you to Run applications directly from a link. If this is the case, save the file to your PC, locate it with Windows Explorer, click or double-click it and then click Run.
Your PC might ask you a few times to confirm that you want to Run/Save the file. Please click Yes/OK. When TeamViewer starts, please tell us the 9-digit session ID and the 4-digit password.
This will run the software without permanently installing it on your PC.
About TeamViewer
For some support issues, it is helpful if we can see your local PC as you see it. TeamViewer is a useful tool which allows us to do that remotely via the internet. To use this tool, simply run (or download and then run) the 'Client' edition of TeamViewer and tell us the session ID and password. We will then have access to your PC for a limited time and completely under your control. The Client edition is downloaded and run on your PC. You don't have to install it and it can be run directly from the above link.
Security
TeamViewer can be a convenient tool for both of us and we only wish to access your PC for the limited time needed to better understand and hopefully resolve your problem. You will have control at all times and can close the TeamViewer application at any time, thereby preventing us having any further access.

"TeamViewer for Support" is normally used by us to gain access to your PC once you have told us the session ID and password.
