Is it easy to change from my existing system?
Customer, Supplier & Products static data is easily imported into Diamond from CSV-type data files. We can help you create these data files if your existing system cannot do that for you.
How is it installed? How long does installation take?
Our software is installed from CD-ROM using an easy-to-follow installation wizard. Installation takes just a few minutes. For server and peer-to-peer networks the software must be installed on the server and each workstation PC.
How much does it cost?
Diamond Discovery Prelude - our entry-level product - has a recommended price of £79.99 including VAT. With the premium ABC product range, each client's needs are different in software, installation and training. Please ask your authorised Diamond distributor for a competitive quotation.
What happens if I'm not happy? Can the service change to suit my needs?
We pride ourselves in the flexibility in our software and in the support we provide to our clients. This is evidenced by the fact that many of our clients have been with us for several years. Ultimately, if you are not happy with the software and you are still within the terms of the licence agreement, you will be refunded the licence fee in full.
What kind of technical support will I receive?
We recognise the importance of after-sales support to our clients and this is core to our business. At Diamond, rather than sell a software product, we provide a service to our clients of which the software forms a part. This is reflected in the service levels provided by Diamond and all our authorised distributors.
Are the packages compliant with all types of PCs?
Please see our recommended minimum system specifications. Diamond software is not supported on Apple Mac or Linux platforms.
Can we receive a product demonstration?
For our premium ABC packages, we recommend that you receive a product demonstration from an authorised distributor. Please contact us to identify an authorised distributor near you who will be glad to demonstrate the system to you under no obligation.
Will I need training? How long does it take to get used to it?
For our premium ABC packages, we recommend that you receive training as part of the installation contract. This can be tailored to suit your needs. Your authorised Diamond distributor will provide all the installation and ongoing training that you need. Diamond software is extremely intuitive and user friendly.
How do I upgrade my package?
Upgrade through the Diamond product range could not be simpler and can be effected as simply as entering a new activation code.
What if I only need to use bits of the software?
Our software is modular and can be tailored to suit your needs. Being a fully-integrated system there is necessarily a standard core platform which must be included in any tailored installation.
