Diamond now supports fast, batch transaction entry for both sales and purchase invoices and credit notes.
On these new screens, you will be able to quickly enter single-line analysis invoices and credit notes. You are able to enter multiple transactions across any accounts and you can elect to post these transactions as paid if you wish.
The screens are designed to enable fast keyboard input, so the mouse does not need to be used until it is time to actually post the entered transactions, or until an entry needs to be modified or deleted.
The function keys allow you to choose invoice or credit note, and whether a transaction is to be posted as paid. A function key also allows you to enter the transaction amount as a net or gross figure.
