New Features in Diamond Discovery

Here we highlight a selection of recently-added features, including Period 13 Audit Trail, enhancements to Aged reports and a colourful EPOS payment-screen keypad.
Period 13 Audit Trail
You can now report on "Period 13" transactions in the Audit Trail. These will be the transactions entered as future postings during Period 12 and will be carried forward to Period 1 when the Nominal Ledger Year End procedure is run.
Include later payments on SL/PL Aged reports
When viewing an Aged report from a prior period, you can now include the effect of subsequent payments and receipts to date since the prior period. This can help demonstrate the effectiveness of your credit control, showing how much of the prior period balance remains to be collected (or paid). EPOS Payment Keypad
A new keypad feature has been added to the EPOS payment entry screen, which, together with the on-screen keyboard which can be activated from the Toolbar, now means that the whole transaction can be carried out using the mouse, touch-screen terminal and barcode scanner. It also makes the screen bright and cheerful, don’t you think?
