Here we highlight a selection of recently-added features, including an End of Period Snapshot and an increase in the number of ageing periods.
EOP Snapshot added to Aged Debtors/Creditors report
This feature allows you to re-print up to 12 previous periods' Aged Debtors/Creditors reports. A snapshot of the Period End figures is stored, enabling you to reprint the Aged Debtors report as at the end of a previous period. Simply check a box to also include the effect of subsequent payments since the particular previous period, which can demonstrate the success (or otherwise) of your credit control.
Our development team have also introduced many features that can be added to the standard software for a small additional cost. Two examples are illustrated below.

Edit the reference field in Sales Ledger Enquiry
This could be a great help, for example, if you don’t get a customer's order number until after the invoice has been sent. Simply click the mouse button over the particular SL invoice to edit the reference field, so that the order number will then show on the customer's statement.
