Bank Transfer
The cashbook has been enhanced with the introduction of a Bank Transfer feature. Transfers between your nominated Bank Accounts can now be done from within the Cashbook instead of a nominal ledger journal.
Emailing of Invoices
Some time ago, we introduced the ability to send customer statements by e-mail. This represents a considerable saving in time and money and has proved to be a popular enhancement to the software. We have now extended the facility to Sales Invoices, and we are sure that this will prove to be just as successful. The new feature is enabled by making the appropriate entries on the Miscellaneous tab in the Customer Account Maintenance screen, as shown below:
SL Payments and PL Receipts added to Cash Book
This new feature in the Cashbook means that you can process Sales Ledger refunds to your customers and Purchase Ledger refunds from your suppliers through the cashbook instead of creating a nominal ledger journal. The new features are accessed from the Cashbook menu and appear as Purchase Ledger Receipts for Supplier refunds and Sales Ledger Payments for Customer refunds.
