Diamond Discovery software is designed to include Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) transaction processing which offers the ability to process both cash and account sales from the same screen. This has proved to be ideal for a trade counter environment where both types of customer need to be served.
As EPOS is integrated with the core financial ledgers and also Stock Control it offers the ability to instantly capture sales transactions and update the back office ensuring that the Profit and Loss and Stock Control are as up to date as the last transaction posted.
Recent development has seen the utilisation of barcode scanners, cash drawers, automatic integrated credit card verification and processing and also touch screen monitors.
Diamond Discovery EPOS also allows for Multi-location management, either by branch or individual Point of Sale terminal. Security is enhanced by unique Operator log-in with Sales analysis by operator.
Pricing can be either VAT-inclusive or VAT-exclusive with customer-specific prices and discounts and the option for multi-buy discounts and split-pack surcharges.
