Payment Terms
Did you know you can add payment terms to all of your stationery designs? The information for each customer is entered onto the Financial Tab on the Sales Ledger account maintenance screen, where you can specify either a number of days or months for each customer. This can then be printed on each Invoice sent to a customer, and can of course be different for each customer if required.
Picking Lists
Did you know there is now a parameter option in Sales Order Processing which asks if you wish to print picking lists? If set to ‘Yes’, then Diamond Discovery will first print an Order Acknowledgement and then a picking list for that order when the Order Entry is complete.
Stock Enhancements
Did you know there is now a new stock parameter in Diamond Discovery Commercial Edition called "Use enhanced categories?" If this is set to ‘Yes’ then a new feature is added which allows you to add a description and discount level to each category
