Hi, I set up my litho printing company in 1991 and it is now one of the main UK print suppliers to CIGNA International HealthCare, a worldwide corporate healthcare provider.
The Print market in the UK is shrinking and the Print industry in the UK has changed dramatically in the last few years with the evolution of email marketing, company intranet sites and the likes of Diamond Discovery, with its ability to print invoices, statements etc on plain paper, reducing the need for litho printed materials! So to keep the company moving forward and having a background and interest in computer software I was drawn to Diamond Discovery. I love the range of the products and the modular set up, giving it a wide marketplace; with times as they are, many will welcome great cost saving benefits it offers.
I am looking forward to creating a solid base of customers in Scotland and working as part of an enthusiastic team.
In my spare time I enjoy making jewellery, playing poker (I have my own pink set!), white water rafting and always up for a challenge on my Wii (I have to warn my neighbours as it can get a bit rowdy if there is a crowd in!).
Diamond Discovery is a new and exciting challenge for me. I look forward to meeting the ‘rest of the team’ at the forthcoming Annual Resellers Conference in The Belfry and wish everyone continued success in 2009.
