A very new Diamond authorised reseller, Bob is in the process of implementing his first Diamond Commercial installation into a manufacturing group in Gloucestershire. This will entail creating links with two entirely different manufacturing systems currently in use.
Bob’s philosophy is to give the customer what he wants and to make the accounting process as quick and as painless as possible.
To test Diamond’s capabilities Bob compared it with four other products after identifying 26 ‘must have’ and 4 ‘would like’ requirements of the group. Diamond matched two others in meeting most of these needs but beat both hands down on value for money, ease of use, and for the other items (the bespoke ‘touches’) it scored better on turn-round, value and organisation.
In his spare time, when not helping with homework, Bob is a keen runner and so far only completed five marathons but wants to do more. He has three teenage children and sponsors the local under 13’s football team. Bob’s a busy lifeaholic but wouldn’t want it any other way.
